The Barefoot Reset is designed to educate and empower you to create sustainable habits with your nutrition and lifestyle.
Having been a personal trainer and sports nutritionist for over ten years and helped thousands of people lose weight and gain muscle, I’ve learnt some key lessons when it comes to making sustainable change.
These lessons will be shared in the Barefoot Reset. A five week health coaching and education program designed to create lifelong healthy habits.
In this course you can not only expect to achieve your body composition goals, but to be educated across all relevant areas of nutrition, so you know the “why” behind what you’re doing.
The topics we’ll cover are: macronutrients, nutrition for fat loss, nutrition for muscle gain, gut health, hormone health, inflammation, healthy habits and lifestyle management.
Each week we’ll cover a new topic and layer in habits as the weeks go on, with the idea of having a consolidation of habits by the end of the course.
As a participant, you’ll receive two private consultations (worth $300), weekly group calls, and ongoing material and coaching from our custom built app.
